I’m a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with a passion for delivering comprehensive, compassionate care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2003, followed by dual master’s degrees in Nursing and Public Health with a concentration in Behavioral Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2006. My graduate work, including my thesis Behavioral Cardiology: Merging Medical and Health Behavior Models, reflects my deep commitment to understanding the whole person—physically, emotionally, and behaviorally.

Since 2017, I’ve proudly owned and operated Holtville Family Practice, where I provide full-spectrum primary care, urgent care, chronic disease management, and occupational health services, including DOT and pre-employment physicals. I’m a Certified Diabetes Educator, a Certified Medical Examiner, and have extensive training in audiometry, spirometry, and advanced cardiac life support. I also specialize in insulin pump therapy and have served as a patient trainer for Roche.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to participate in national clinical research as a sub-investigator on the DEVOTE and DECLARE trials. I’m a proud member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Diabetes Association.

Recently, I expanded my practice to include Aesthetic Medicine—a natural extension of my mission to help patients feel their best, inside and out. I am trained to provide procedures for body sculpting, hair restoration, laser hair removal, and skin pigmentation concerns using the latest technology in ultrasound, radiofrequency, and laser devices. Through safe, personalized treatments, I help individuals enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence in a medically guided setting

Originally from Tennessee and growing up in North Alabama, I’ve lived in Alabama’s Tri-County Area with my spouse and our three children since 2007. I’m deeply rooted in this community and committed to serving it with care, education, and integrity. Also, my diverse background, compassionate approach, and passion for health education position me as a leader in holistic, community-based care.
